At Belro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
